Creative Training Unlimited enables people to make genuine connections with others - an essential ingredient for all individiuals and organisations who want to succeed in business.
We believe people learn best when they move out of their comfort zone and into their stretch zone. We aim to enthuse and make people think differently about their world. We know people want to be challenged and to have fun. This is where and when the learning takes place.

Amy studied business, specialising in personnel management before going on to study theatre at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. Later she attained a Post-Experience Diploma in Theatre and Education from the Central School of Speech and Drama. She worked in theatre and education for ten years before setting up CTU. As a freelance practitioner she worked with myriad organisations including local government , theatre companies and institutes of Further and Higher Education.
Amy completed Mediation UK training delivered by SACRO in 2004. She has volunteered as a mediator for the Small Claims Court mediation run by Catalyst Court Mediation Service. She began her training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2008 and completed the Master Practitioner's Certificate in January 2010. Associates CTU often provides at two trainers due to the nature of the training - it's hard to present a scene showing conflict with only one person! Two trainers benefit the trainees - there's twice the impact.
CTU has a bank of associates who train and act. Other associates include mediation consultants, management consultants and a security awareness consultant.
